Abstract (English): We do not know much about medicine for women in Visigothic Hispania. However, we have some sources that, despite their small number and unequal nature, report on the gynecological-obstetric knowledge and practice, the doctor-patient relationship and, going beyond the professional practice of medicine, the practice of induced abortion. In these pages a detailed analysis of this documentation is carried out that contributes to the knowledge of the medicine of the time and, ultimately, to Visigothic women, their consideration and their problems.
