| Abstract (English): | The author presents the collective dimension of the Human Right to peace seeing Human Rights from an international legal point of view. He analyses various texts confirming the existence of this right, as a third generation Human Right. He later comments on its content, negative and positive, its three creditors (the human person, the people and Humanity) and its multiple debtors. | Abstract (Spanish): | Egileak bakerako giza eskubidearen dimentsio kolektiboa aurkezten du, giza eskubideen nazioarteko ikuspegi juridikoa oinarri hartuta. Eskubide hori hirugarren belaunaldiko giza eskubidea dela egiaztatzen duten hainbat testu aztertzen ditu egileak. Ondoren, eskubide horren edukia (negatiboa eta positiboa), hartzekodunak (gizakiak, herriak eta gizateria) eta zordun anitzak aipatzen ditu.
