Summary:The objective of this investigative exercise has centered on implementing a physical activity program for pregnant mothers from the SENA’s Central Complex –Regional Antioquia- which focused on the maintenance and improvement of the physical condition, and the prevention of overweightness from the pregnant, through the implementation of a program that contemplates exercise routines directed towards the participants. It’s about the investigation of qualitative approach and descriptive focus. For its own development, the population of preg­nant mothers was identified, the application of informed consent was preceded, semi-structured surveys were applied which its analysis permitted the design and execution of the individual plan in the work sessions, as well as periodic measurements of the parameters related to weight and physical condition. An analysis of the obtai­ned data was performed; it was concluded and preceded to the individualized delivery of the results. The investigation counted on the participation of 29 pregnant mothers linked to different Formation Centers of the Central Complex from Regional Antioquia. 41% of the pregnant identified, attended to the physical activity program designed for them. This investigation permitted to determine that pregnant mothers that attended physical program, she did not present excessive increase of weight. Also, the participant pregnant, in their majority, did not present complica­tions at the moment of giving birth.
