Abstract (English): The article focuses on Decree-Law 2/2025, enacted in Castilla y León, which establishes urgent measures to address the risk of wildfires, especially following the increase in fires in 2025. This decree aims to ensure the safety of the population by implementing obligations for landowners and creating municipal prevention ordinances. Additionally, several existing laws and decrees are modified to facilitate forest management, fire prevention, and the restoration of affected areas. The decree came into effect on October 25, 2025. Este decreto busca garantizar la seguridad de la población mediante la implementación de obligaciones para los propietarios de terrenos y la creación de ordenanzas municipales de prevención. Además, se modifican varias leyes y decretos existentes para facilitar la gestión forestal, la prevención de incendios y la restauración de áreas afectadas.
