Abstract (English): The article focuses on the online workshop "Efficient Hospitality: How to Reduce Waste and Costs," organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Soria and aimed at executives and managers in the HORECA sector. The session, which will take place on March 25, 2026, will address the reduction of food waste, cost savings, and compliance with Law 1/2025 on the prevention of food loss and waste. Best management practices will be presented, along with the economic impact of efficient management and the development of a Prevention Plan supported by artificial intelligence tools. Abstract (Spanish): La Cámara de Comercio de Soria organiza la jornada online "Hostelería Eficiente: Cómo Reducir Desperdicio y Costes", que será impartida por nuestra estimada compañera María Pascual el próximo 25 de marzo de 2026, en horario de 08:30 a 10:30 horas. La actividad está dirigida a directivos, gerentes y responsables de establecimientos del sector HORECA que deseen mejorar la gestión de su negocio, reducir costes y adaptarse a la normativa sobre desperdicio alimentario.
