Abstract: The article aims to discuss the principles followed for structuring a database in Saint Catherine's Monastery in Sinai, Egypt by using the relational model and how they are relevant to the design of the paper forms. The author has focused on the description of the structure of the database as contradicted to the interface and user experience which are independent of the database structure and can be customized according to the user's needs. He also discussed the concept of documentation based on structured information.
