Abstract: The results of numerical modeling and experimental studies of cavitation bubble pulsations are presented. A new method for providing feedback in ultrasonic devices is proposed. The method is based on subharmonic analysis of cavitation noise spectra and spectra of optical radiation scattered by the cavitation region in the process of laser beam probing.
