Abstract (English): Advancements in Digital Transformation in MSMEs driven by the Covid-19 Pandemic Technological adoption in organizations strengthens their competitiveness and market permanence, and also increases their resilience during environmental crises. This study examines how MSMEs adopted technology in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Using a mixed research methodology with a descriptive approach, data on technological adoption were compared across more than a hundred MSMEs in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The study was conducted in two stages: (i) after the initial months of pandemic lockdown and (ii) following a period of economic stabilization post-pandemic. The study identified success cases in digital adaptation and technology integration among MSMEs in Cali during the pandemic. Finally, the progress in Digital Maturity of these companies was evaluated. The results revealed substantial progress in the levels of digital transformation of the companies driven by the pandemic context. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Bosnian): La adopción tecnológica en las organizaciones fortalece su competitividad y permanencia en los mercados, además, incrementa su resiliencia durante las crisis del entorno. Este estudio analiza cómo las MiPymes adoptaron tecnología en respuesta a la pandemia de Covid-19. Utilizando una metodología de investigación mixta con enfoque descriptivo, se compararon datos de apropiación tecnológica en más de cien MiPymes del Valle del Cauca, Colombia. El estudio se desarrolló en dos momentos: (i) tras los primeros meses de confinamiento por la pandemia y (ii) luego de un periodo de estabilización económica tras la pandemia. El estudio permitió identificar casos de éxito en la adaptación digital e integración de tecnología de las MiPymes caleñas durante la pandemia. Finalmente se evaluó el avance en la Madurez Digital de estas empresas. Los resultados revelaron un progreso sustancial en los niveles de transformación digital de las empresas impulsado por el contexto de la pandemia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
