Abstract: When Lissajous images of DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge)-type ozone generators contain substantial noise, the traditional manual fitting method is usually inefficient. It is still a challenge to obtain the information under these conditions. To address these issues, a novel parameter measurement method for DBD-type ozone generators based on image processing is presented in this paper. The DBSCAN (Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise) clustering algorithm is used to denoise Lissajous figures. Key corner points are extracted, and an initial quadrilateral is constructed through linear fitting. To further improve fitting accuracy, some new datasets are selected from the initially constructed quadrilateral for secondary fitting. The results obtained with the proposed method are generally consistent with those obtained from the traditional manual fitting method. Additionally, the results indicate that the proposed method has excellent adaptability for different shapes of Lissajous figures. The proposed method offers a novel approach for calculating key parameters of DBD-type ozone generators, including the equivalent capacfitance, the discharge-sustaining voltage, and the discharge energy per cycle.
