Abstract: Chiral optoelectronic sensors detect chirality by selectively binding with chiral substrates, causing changes in electrical signals, which have attracted wide attention for their chiral recognition ability. In this study, the Ti3C2/ZIF-67/D-His electrochemical sensors were successfully synthesized. Firstly, ZIF-67/D-His was obtained using hexahydrated cobalt nitrate, dimethylimidazole, and D-histidine (D-His). Then, the ZIF-67/D-His film was grown on the surface of the Ti3C2 film using a spin-coating method. By changing the spin-coating cycles, the influence of the ZIF-67/D-His film thickness on the detection performance was studied. The results showed that when the spin-coating cycle was three, the electrochemical sensor (Ti3C2/ZIF-67/D-His-3) exhibited good detection performance for D-Ala with a detection limit of 1.1 μM, and additionally demonstrated an excellent selective detection ability for D-Ala, with a significant difference in the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) current intensity between D-Ala and L-Ala solutions. Besides, the detection curve for D-Ala showed a linear relationship with the concentration of the D-Ala solution. Furthermore, the Ti3C2/ZIF-67/D-His-3 electrochemical sensor demonstrated good stability and could be reused multiple times after simple cleaning. The Ti3C2/ZIF-67/D-His prepared in this work shows promising application potential in the area of electrochemical sensors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
