Abstract (English):	This article conducts a normative analysis of various public and legislative policies within the framework of food security and the right to food for early childhood in Colombia, reflecting on their impact on the enforceability and justiciability of this unnamed fundamental right. The methodology is based on a bibliographic and documentary review of regulations that aim to ensure healthy and balanced nutrition for children and adolescents, in order to determine whether they are sufficient to realize this right. The conclusion is that there are no adequate regulations to ensure the protection of these subjects in Colombia and that excessive judicial activism generates legal instability to the detriment of the child population. Abstract (Spanish):	Este artículo efectúa un análisis normativo de diversas políticas públicas y legislativas en el marco de la seguridad alimentaria y el derecho a la alimentación para la primera infancia en Colombia, reflexionando sobre el impacto de las mismas en clave de la exigibilidad y justiciabilidad de este derecho fundamental innominado. La metodología se encuentra encaminada en la revisión bibliográfica y documental de las reglamentaciones que tienen como propósito asegurar la alimentación sana y equilibrada en favor de los niños, niñas y adolescentes, a fin de determinar si las mismas son suficientes para la efectivización del derecho. Se concluye que no existe una regulación adecuada para asegurar la protección de estos sujetos en Colombia y que un excesivo activismo judicial genera una inestabilidad jurídica en perjuicio de la población infante.
