Abstract (English): The interest of the founders and executives of Crepes & Waffles S.A., founded in Colombia in 1980, has been focused on closing social gaps. Therefore, the company continuously works to find mechanisms that enable rural producers to combine their collective experience and knowledge of local conditions, putting them at the service of a sustainable and equitable agricultural system. As a result, the "Regenerative Sourcing" program was created to guide commercial relationships with suppliers who are part of peasant, family, and community based agricultural production systems. Following the Experience Systematization methodology, a positive impact has been identified in strengthening the organizational capacity of producer associations. To measure this impact, it is suggested to analyze the capabilities of these organizations through appropriate indicators. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
