| Abstract: |
In this paper, we study the Some distribution functions have been characterized based on m-dual generalized order statistics and consequently m-generalized order statistics. Moreover, we show that these characterization properties provide a beneficial strategy to predict future events, which are based on past or current events and on an arbitrary distribution function. Finally, an application of these results is given for bivariate generalized exponential distribution. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
