| Abstract: |
The properties of the S-wave and P-wave bound and resonance states of muonic molecular ions ppμ, ddμ, and ttμ embedded in non-ideal plasmas are investigated theoretically. The bound-state energies have been determined precisely using the Ritz variational method, whereas the stabilization method is utilized to extract the resonance parameters. Accurate Correlated exponential wave functions are used. A pseudo-potential is used to model non-ideal plasma medium. The ground 1Se (J = 0) state, the bound-excited state 3Po (J = 1) states energies, and the 1Se (J = 0) and 3Po (J = 1) states resonance parameters for ppμ, ddμ, and ttμ molecular ions are reported as functions plasma screening parameter and non-ideality parameter. The 1S and 2S threshold energies of pμ, dμ and tμ atoms as functions such two parameters are also presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
