Abstract: We determine an explicit form for order isomorphisms between the self-adjoint parts of C ⁎ -algebras. Furthermore, we provide a representation for such isomorphisms between general operator intervals in A W ⁎ -algebras in terms of Jordan ⁎-isomorphisms and closed operators in the regular rings of A W ⁎ -algebras.
