| Abstract: |
The article examines modern approaches to the organization of databases and knowledge and the use of data engineering technologies in the process of creating information systems. Data modeling methods, approaches to the organization of data warehouses and information processing architecture are analyzed. The role of ETL/ELT processes in the formation of integrated information environments is considered. A generalized model of data flows in data engineering systems is proposed, which combines the processes of information collection, transformation and storage. A comparative analysis of modern data management technologies is presented and the main indicators of data processing efficiency are determined. The results obtained can be used in the design of information systems, as well as in the educational process of training information technology specialists. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
