| Abstract: |
Color video recording is performed for the pattern of the flow emerging upon the detachment of a drop from a capillary, its falling, and coalescence with a stationary liquid in the gravity and electromagnetic fields at room temperature. The deformation of the free surface and the matter transfer are traced in different modes. The mechanisms of disintegration of a drop into filaments in the impact mode are considered. The parameterization of processes is performed with account for all total energy components (kinetic, surface, and gravity potential, and electric energy). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
