Abstract: The article focuses on the use of language-action perspective (LAP) in interorganizational interaction. The author discusses the "Action Workflow" and the "DEMO" work flow models and discusses their effectiveness in coordinating the role of information technology with business processes. A description and analysis of each workflow model is presented.
