| Abstract: |
The article presents a dialogue between Henry C. Usborne and P. E. Hodgson on a conversation in the House of Commons in London, England. On the subject about the disarmament control within a federation, Usborne admit that it is a crucial and critical difficulty and some nations must be excluded at first because they are too powerful. Hodgson replied that surely a national hegemony within a supranational government is almost a paradox. Usborne added that he agree there should not be fears of national hegemony. |
