Abstract:	The article presents the response of the author of the article "Matters of (Meta-) Modeling" regarding the issues related to metadatamodelling of computer software and computer system raised by another author. The author of this article has offered an ontological and linguistic explanation of metadatamodelling. The author concluded that differences in distinguishing different forms of instantiation, including ontological and linguistic, appear to be terminological in nature.
