The article presents an outline of the opinions of Reference and User Services Association (RUSA) committee interns relating to millennial and next generation librarians and their characteristics. It discusses their views about librarianship and its prospects for the future. It cites several aspects of these librarians, their library school experience, their motivation for joining the American Library Association and RUSA, and their attitudes about the future, including the changes the profession will undergo. |
