| Abstract: |
The article presents information on a medical research on biomarkers, that can be used to diagnose stroke with high sensitivity and specificity in patients. Blood samples for the research were drawn from 130 patients, with suspected heart stroke. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) were excluded for the study. The research found that a panel of biomarkers was able to predict the diagnosis of ischemic stroke with high sensitivity and specificity. |
