Abstract: The author reflects on the standards for reviewing papers for "Software Testing, Verification and Reliability." He shares some of the comments he got from the previous papers he submitted for review. With both positive and negative comments that he garnered, he was able to develop his own philosophy in reviewing. According to him, a paper should be rejected or accepted depending on its major results and not based on its presentation.
