The article offers information on the egg joust competition held at Greendale High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The goal of the competition, which combines the energy of a mousetrap with the delicateness of an egg, is to knock or break the opponent's egg out of its seat and be the first to reach the bottom of the ramp. Awards include trophies for team spirit, creative use of materials, originality and simplicity. Several measures taken to ensure a safe event are also enumerated. |
