Abstract: This article presents information on the Atlantic Quarter scheme, a landmark project by Howard Holdings PLC in Cork, Ireland. It envisages major regeneration of a 4.5-hectare site in Cork's South Docklands. The development will provide hundreds of apartments, office space, a hotel and an events arena.
