Abstract: The article focuses on the key concepts which demonstrates how ubiquitination regulates cell cycle progression. It also discusses the impact of of misregulation to aberrant proliferation. It notes that ubiquitination plays an important role on the progression of cell cycle in all eukaryotes. Moreover, multiple layers of regulation from ubiquitin has great potential for future innovative approaches to combat cancer cells proliferation in a more specific and effective ways.
