In this article the author discusses the stand of professors Richard Epstein and Orin S. Kerr on the third party doctrine. He notes the assertion of Epstein on the chief defect of the doctrine and on the revelation information disclosed to the third parties. He looks into the acknowledgment of Epstein on the coming of the third party problem and of the occurrence of the third party protection. |
