| Abstract: |
The article focuses on the quality manager's creation of a gold mastering process flowchart in a small startup corporation in Silicon Valley, California that made software duplication for client firms. It notes that a master copy must be kept in a controlled safe and that all persons involved in the problem were professionals and good at their works but not exposed to the accuracy of a good flowchart. Moreover, the control flowchart allowed a person with an extra gold and tells him what to do. |
