Abstract: The article discusses a component approach for building optimizing compilers. The suggested method aims to split up the analysis and optimization algorithms and the intermediate representations. It also aims to reuse their implementations in arbitrary compilation systems. Described are the components of the program static analysis that are used in creating an automatic parallelizer, including the Universal Translational Library (UTL), the Semantic Representation, the Analytical Representation, and the Semantic Model. The products that can be made on the basis of the proposed UTL components are an analyzer, an automatic parallelizer and an optimizer.
