| Abstract: |
We experimentally demonstrate all-opticalcontrol of the emissiondirectivity of a dipole-like nanoparticle with spinning dipole momentsitting on the interface to an optical denser medium. The particleitself is excited by a tightly focused polarization tailored lightbeam under normal incidence. The position dependent local polarizationof the focal field allows for tuning the dipole moment via carefulpositioning of the particle relative to the beam axis. As an applicationof this scheme, we investigate the polarization dependent couplingto a planar two-dimensional dielectric waveguide. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
