This article presents the results of the specific objective diagnose of psychosocial risk and protective factors with the highest incidence on those teachers hired under the full time and teaching hour contracts, at Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana (UNAULA), Medellín, formulated in the research project «Analysis of diagnosis and comparison of Psychosocial Risk Factors with the highest incidence on teaching staff working as teaching hour and full time professor at UNAULA», associated to the GICOR and KABAI research groups. Este artícule presenta los resultados del objetivo específico diagnosticar los factores de riesgos psicosociales y factores protectores con mayor incidencia en los docentes de tiempo completo y de cátedra en la Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana (UNAULA), Medellín, formulado en el proyecto de investigación «Análisis del diagnóstico y comparación de los factores de riesgo psicosocial con mayor incidencia a los que está expuesto el personal docente que labora bajo la modalidad de hora cátedra y de tiempo completo vinculado a la Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana», asociado a los grupos GICOR y KABAI de la UNAULA.
