The Panela Producers Association of Caquetá "ASOPANELA" is a second-degree, 2000, currently seeks to improve administrative processes; aim proposes to develop a business assessment and define a flexible administrative trend that may lead to its continuous improvement. For this a deductive-descriptive, research conducted with administrative staff ASOPANELA, and documents of the department and the Association is performed. Among the results: the administrative empowerment megatrend is applied; partnership requires more management resources, create a market area that allows you to make themselves visible to the local and national market. La Asociación de Productores de Panela del Caquetá "ASOPANELA", es una organización de segundo grado, del año 2000, actualmente busca mejorar procesos administrativos; como objetivo propone elaborar un diagnóstico empresarial y definir una tendencia administrativa flexible que conlleve a su mejoramiento continuo. Para esto se realiza una investigación deductiva-descriptiva, desarrollada con el personal administrativo de ASOPANELA, y con documentos del departamento y de la Asociación. Entre los resultados obtenidos: la megatendencia administrativa aplicada es el empoderamiento; la asociación requiere mayor gestión de recursos, debe crear un área de mercado que le permita visibilizarse ante el mercado local y nacional.
