| Abstract (English): | This article seeks to expose the results of a recent research study developed in schools of primary and secondary schools in the province of Malaga (Andalusia, Spain) on interpersonal relations and the promotion of intercultural communication as key tools in the construction of intercultural and inclusive schools, where precisely the fluid and respectful communication between the different actors of the educational community is a key element in the generation of intercultural coexistence.
