Abstract: The article discusses the renovation of Hunter College Libraries in New York City. The changes include the welcome desk to relieve the reference desk of informational or directional questions from students, user spaces to facilitate group collaboration and nurture mixed modal methods of discovery and research, and the Diner to allow students use library resources while eating. The renovation aims to serve growing students in the college.
