To achieve better results in the educational process is important to prioritize and plan professional development based on the needs identified from the methodological work and the results of their own work education teacher. Overcoming seen as a separate process at present can be supported from multiple pathways, among the employed is the use of Educational Technology Computing, and it urges the search for new alternatives to provide adequate treatment for the sake higher achievement. The present paper describes an approach to the theoretical foundations that support the Educational Technology Computing and its treatment in the process of professional in the UCP "Hector A. Para lograr obtener mejores resultados en el proceso docente educativo es importante priorizar y planificar la superación profesional a partir de las necesidades identificadas desde el trabajo metodológico y de los resultados del propio trabajo docente educativo. La superación vista como un proceso independiente en la actualidad se puede apoyar a partir de múltiples vías, entre las más empleadas se encuentra el uso de la tecnología educativa informática, por lo que urge la búsqueda de nuevas alternativas que permitan brindarle una adecuada utilización en aras de logros superiores. En el presente trabajo se precisa una aproximación a los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan a la Tecnología Educativa Informática en el proceso de superación profesional en la UCP “Héctor A.
