Abstract: The article focuses on the importance of teaching the art and science of well-being in schools. It discusses the need to ensure the mental health of young people through the elimination of mental illness and the building of resilience and flourishing, the role of positive education in guiding young people toward positive functioning and flourishing via evidence-based positive psychology interventions with best-practice teaching methods, and some recommendations in positive education.
