| Abstract (English): | The work that shows up has as objective to value different definitions of competitions, labor competition, formation for competitions and competent worker in the cuban Technical Education and Professional. It used such methods as: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, systematizing, among other; those that allowed to determine that the study of the competitions has been treated fundamentally from different points of view in those that has stoodout, the component cognitivo on the integral vision of the personality of the subject to also conceiving the ethical-humanist components and axiológico.
