The present article shows theoretical foundations on the dynamic of the scientific pedagogical knowledge starting from the integration of TIC to the teaching-leaning process (TLP). It is recognized that training as pedagogical category always responds to objectives and interests of the society, and in such a sense, it doesn't get apart from the development; in this direction, it is assumed the training of professional in education as a dynamic process that is promoted by the development of the TIC, requires to contextualize it, and as a result, to understand and favour the change that is being produced in the cultural patterns of the TLP subject-object relation and that influence in the content of education. En el presente artículo se exponen fundamentos teóricos acerca de la dinámica del conocimiento científico pedagógico a partir de la integración de las TIC al proceso enseñanzaaprendizaje (PEA). Se reconoce que la formación, como categoría pedagógica, responde siempre a objetivos e intereses de la sociedad; en tal sentido, no se desliga del desarrollo, y en esta dirección, se asume la formación del profesional de la educación como un proceso dinámico, que impulsado por el desarrollo de las TIC, requiere contextualizarlo, y con ello, entender y favorecer el cambio que está produciéndose en los patrones culturales del sujeto-objeto del PEA y que inciden en el contenido de la educación.
