| Abstract: | The article highlights plans of Library Leadership & Management Association (LLAMA) to create a new division within the Association for Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS) and in the Library and Information Technology Association (LITA). It further highlights goals of the new division that will allow to take the assets of existing organizations and use them to help build a flexible, dynamic, responsive organization. |
