The article examines a pedagogical approach to explore U.S. immigration policies that were influenced by the ideological and political context of the early Cold War era. Focusing on teaching such content to 11th and 12th grade students, the author explains how teaching the Cold War through the perspective of immigration demonstrates the connection between foreign policy and immigration policy. |
