Marketing has become an inseparable qualitative element of production processes. Marketing, as a sales strategy, adds a use value to the product or service, making it possible to talk about marketing actions within the service provider itself. In order to reflect on marketing, the different types of marketing, its functions, the marketing management philosophy, its aspects, and the role it plays in the cultural industry are explained, up to the conceptual systematization of the terms that allow understand the thermodynamics of marketing. The true added value of marketing is that, in addition to the product purchased, the customer takes with him a self-definition element. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

El marketing se ha convertido en un elemento cualitativo inseparable de los procesos productivos. El marketing, como estrategia de ventas, agrega un valor de uso al producto o servicio por lo que es posible hablar de las acciones de marketing hacia dentro del propio prestador de servicios. Con el fin de reflexionar sobre el marketing, se explican los diferentes tipos de marketing, sus funciones, la filosofía de la administración mercadotecnia, sus vertientes, y el papel que desempeña en la industria cultural, hasta alcanzar la sistematización conceptual de los términos que permiten comprender la termodinámica del marketing. El verdadero valor agregado del marketing consiste en que además del producto comprado, el cliente se lleve junto a él un elemento de autodefinición. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
