Abstract:	Borderless Artistic and Creativity Assessment (BACA) measures experiential learning acquired by adults actively engaged in creative endeavors and artistic performance. Unlike traditional assessment models built upon western art and aesthetic philosophies that paradoxically exclude non-western thought, imagination, and creative activities, BACA's ethno-culturally inclusive domains reflect the growing diversity of adults who seek portfolio credit toward college arts degrees. The BACA model's alternative evaluative lenses add new dimensions to prior learning assessment by validating ethno-culturalism as authentic artistic achievement, change as a quality assurance indicator, and resilience as a symbol of artistic integrity. BACA urges portfolio credit-awarding institutions to reimagine aesthetics and creativity from the artistic vantage points of creator artists who work the Spirit to find solutions to problems they face as individuals, members of society, and global citizens. Therefore, BACA's outcomes prospectus forecasts a fascinating future for prior learning assessment. Essentially, BACA is an innovative system for validating the intricately diverse threads of artistry, ingenuity, and creativity embedded in ethno-cultural expressions of humanity beyond institutional borders.
