The article looks at the use of College of Williams and Mary, Mason School of Business in Williamsburg, Virginia of simulations to provide MBA students a form of experiential learning to learn crisis communication. Key details about the activity, wherein students play the part of executives facing a crisis or tough decision, are offered. The investments of human and fiscal resources required by the program are explored. |
