| Abstract (English): |
The article examines the contradictions in the field of labor relations and the modern ways of solving them in Russia. Special attention is given to preventive resolution as the least controversial. The study shows that to increase the efficiency of labor inspection in the Russian Federation in the context of limited budgetary sources of financing, it is necessary to expand the scope of activities of the Labor Office. It is also advisable to adjust the priority activities of labor inspections, mainly in the direction of the implementation of preventive activities. The article summarizes the international experience, the best practices in the preventive activities of labor inspections in different countries of the world. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

El artículo examina las contradicciones en el campo de las relaciones laborales y las formas modernas de resolverlas en Rusia. Se presta especial atención a la resolución preventiva como la menos controvertida. El estudio muestra que para aumentar la eficiencia de la inspección del trabajo en la Federación de Rusia en el contexto de las limitadas fuentes presupuestarias de financiamiento, es necesario ampliar el alcance de las actividades de la Oficina del Trabajo. También es recomendable ajustar las actividades prioritarias de las inspecciones de trabajo, principalmente en la dirección de la implementación de actividades preventivas. El artículo resume la experiencia internacional, las mejores prácticas en las actividades preventivas de las inspecciones de trabajo en diferentes países del mundo. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
