Abstract: This issue of Volume 37 of the I Journal of Legal Studies Education i ( I JLSE i ) could not have been produced without it being passed to us from the able hands of Sandra (Sandy) Benson and her tireless effort to keep the JLSE at the forefront of blind, peer-reviewed articles related to pedagogy and the study and teaching of the plentitude of business law topics. We have added several more Articles Editors, including Evan A. Peterson (Senior Articles Editor), and Aubree L. Walton and John Paul. Then, Nathaniel Grow, through a hypothetical involving a Major League Baseball franchise, presents a discussion and exercises related to the federal trademark registration process.
