As the number of submissions has continued to increase, we have been cognizant of the need to help our Associate Editors maintain a more realistic work-life balance. The first is a special issue focused on Exposing and Dismantling Systemic Racism in Science Education, with Alberto J. Rodriguez, Sheron Mark, and Christina Restrepo Nazar taking on the role of Guest Editors.
