The article presents the discussion on key concept of the GLB project extending the use of the toolkit and training for empowering and equipping state library staff. Topics include increasing outreach and education opportunities for rural and tribal libraries, training materials, and train-the-trainer activities; and engaging in outreach to potential partners such as state library organizations, R&E networks, and universities. |
