Abstract (English): Objective: To assess attitudes of university students from two higher education institutions, public and private, towards the agreements signed during the peace process between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia. Method: An empiricalanalytical approach with a quantitative design and a Likert-type interview was applied to 511 students to determine the students' attitudes from three perspectives: cognitive, affective and behavioral. Results: It is shown that both two groups of young people perceive the peace agreement with a negative attitude. There is a lack of awareness among students in issues related to agreements made and to the implementation process. This generates low acceptance towards the reintegration of demobilized combatants into civilian life. The refusal to establish affective relationships with the demobilized combatants is located between 1 and 2 on a 5-point scale for both institutions. Discussion and Conclusion: University students consulted during research think that ex-combatants of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia will not have a harmonious life when integrated into communities and to some extent they will continue with activities related to the use of weapons and extortions. Furthermore, students do not show a favorable attitude towards the demobilized combatants getting in contact with their families and carrying out work and commercial activities with them. Transformative scenarios of psychosocial dynamics must be established to build a non-violent logic of reconciliation, forgiveness and recurrence. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
