Abstract:	The article discusses on how can an organization's actions be in congruent with its vision, mission and values. Topics discussed include definition of vision, mission and values according to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), explained the role of mission statement and also mention mission of some organizations including the Summer Camp, a nonprofit camp in Maine, Camp Corral, which provides camp experiences to children with unique needs.
