Abstract: The article presents the discussion on historical interpretation of the Peloponnesian War becoming the basis for a framework. Topics include US and China being destined for war at exactly the time of another great plague where COVID-19 being a major global pandemic in 2019–2020; and showing age of globalization when new interconnectivities and synergies clearly not simple linear cases of causation.
